I will provide a safe space for you to express all of who you are, without fear of judgement. The therapeutic relationship is important in helping you feel safe, and I enjoy taking time to build this relationship. My style allows you to lead the way and focus on whatever may be holding you back from living your most authentic life. My work is guided by the belief that everything you need is already within yourself, and our work together can help you uncover your inner strength and peace. I utilize a trauma-informed approach and my therapeutic method focuses on radical acceptance, self-compassion and distress tolerance skills.
I received my Master’s in clinical social work from Seattle University, and have had experience in community mental health with both adolescents and adults. I also have experience in treating substance use disorders and addiction in all age groups. I enjoy working with women undergoing any kind of life transitions, as well as folks wanting to explore body image, trauma, and substance use. I utilize a Health at Every Size (HAES) approach which can be helpful in navigating disordered eating and body image concerns. I have expertise in working with both teens and adults. I am currently working under the supervision of Heidi Arizala Showman, MSW, LICSW.
In my free time I enjoy reading (both for pleasure and professional development), taking walks enjoying my local area, and finding new places and activities around WA to explore with friends and family!

Fees
I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not work with any insurance plans. I am happy to provide monthly superbills for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
- 15-minute Consultation: Free
- Initial Intake/Diagnostic Evaluation (60 minutes): $150
- Ongoing Telehealth Counseling (50 minutes): $135
- Ongoing Walk and Talk Counseling (50 minutes): $145
Locations
I provide Telehealth counseling to anyone in Washington State. I also provide Walk and Talk counseling out in the community within the Renton and surrounding areas. Please reach out to learn more!
